Summit Seeks an Executive Administrator

The Edinburgh International Culture Summit brings together Culture Ministers, artists, thinkers and arts leaders from around the world to share ideas, expertise and best practice, with a view to inspiring positive change in cultural policy and investment.

Programming and production of the Summit is managed by the Edinburgh International Culture Summit Foundation which now seeks an Executive Administrator to join the team.

The core purpose of the role of Executive Administrator is to provide support to the management team of the 2022 Edinburgh International Culture Summit. The team is comprised of the Programme Director and Executive Producer, who are supported by the Programme Manager.

The role will also work closely with other freelance staff, the Event Producer, Delegate Manager, Policy Advisor and Volunteer Manager who will join the team as the Summit enters the delivery phase of the project.

The role requires a high standard of administrative ability and experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. In these challenging times our ideal candidate is someone who works with careful precision, but is also highly flexible, adaptive and resilient.
