Catherine Holden has worked in senior roles with national cultural organisations for over 25 years, including Tate, the National Theatre, Natural History Museum and National Museums Scotland. Areas of expertise include marketing communications, branding, fundraising, digital strategy and organisational change. She now works as an independent consultant, speaker, facilitator and mentor, helping individuals and teams to reflect and grow. Her clients span culture, heritage, tourism and the creative industries, including leading museums and galleries, performing arts companies, sector development agencies and membership bodies. She is also Chair of Craft Scotland and a non-executive director of the Fruitmarket Gallery.
