Matt Baker has been a full-time public artist for over 20 years. He was Lead Artist for the City of Inverness from 2006-2010 and led the arts strategy for the Gorbals (Glasgow) regeneration project from 1999-2005. Since 2011, he has focused on long-term activist strategies for integrating creative practice into the social, economic, and political structures of his home region in South West Scotland. He founded, and is based with, The Stove Network in the heart of Dumfries town centre. The Stove Network is the only Community Development Trust run by artists in Britain and won the Creative Regeneration category of the Scottish Regeneration Awards in 2016.

Dan Mulhall will be joining the board as a Trustee. Dan is a retired Irish diplomat, academic and published author. He is the current Parnell Fellow at Magdalene College, University of Cambridge and is a consultant with the global law firm DLA Piper.

Joining us as a Trustee is Stephen Gethins, Professor of International Affairs at the University of St Andrews. Prior to that, Stephen was MP for North East Fife, the SNP International affairs spokesperson and was twice selected to sit on the Foreign Affairs Select Committee.
