Ruth Hogarth

Ruth Hogarth joined King’s College London in 2012 to help establish its Cultural Institute. She is currently Director of Cultural Partnerships there. Her career has spanned theatre, broadcasting, and Higher Education. Having spent a decade as a stage and production manager, she moved to the BBC World Service to work as a journalist, broadcaster and programme editor, ending as Managing Editor of the Persian and Pashto Services. She has lectured at Middlesex University and Goldsmiths, University of London and run an AHRC strategic programme at Queen Mary University of London. She has a BSc (Hons) in Anthropology from UCL and an MSc in Globalisation & Development from QMUL.
