Nauris Puntulis is the current Minister for Culture of the Republic of Latvia. Previously he worked as a member of the Riga City Council. From 2012 to 2013 he was the Advisor to the Minister of Culture on social integration issues. Puntulis was the singer of the massively popular rock band Pērkons. In 1994 he became a singer at the Latvian National Opera. At the same time Puntulis was a lecturer at the Latvian Academy of Music. From 1996 to 1999 he was the head of the Solo singing faculty. He graduated from the Latvian Academy of Music with a Masters degree in Opera Singing and Teaching. Puntulis still performs in opera productions as well as with the recognised Latvian tenor trio.

Joining us as a Trustee is Stephen Gethins, Professor of International Affairs at the University of St Andrews. Prior to that, Stephen was MP for North East Fife, the SNP International affairs spokesperson and was twice selected to sit on the Foreign Affairs Select Committee.
